Are you ready for Christmas?

Professional WebShop for Xmas

Thinking of Xmas already, No, well maybe you should be! The Internet is growing in popularity far more than people imagine, and with customer online confidence increasing means the sharp etailers will capture more of the online spend.

So why consider a new or updated WebShop now?
Most Xmas trading periods start from November, albeit some shoppers would say it is earlier than that. Establishing a professional WebShop that is optimised and attaining a decent page rank takes time. Irrespective of how long it may take to spring clean your product range, review pricing and get those pre-Xmas Newsletters out, a good website takes time to mature from a proposition, product and website aspect.

The image a WebShop projects, and it's ease-of-use, cannot be underestimated when trying to compete in the global village. Allied to that is the interaction with the customer prior, during, and after the sale, ie: product feature queries, delivery options, order status, and returns, should the item be faulty. Adding value to the customer experience ensures the customer sees your WebShop as a professional online retailer, rather than a part-time income that is more of a hobby than a business.

If you are on your second, third, fourth or ....... WebShop, you will no doubt appreciate my comments on the time it takes to really have an online trading capability that is running smoothly on all fronts, I mean, product information, content, internet promotion, marketing campaign, good page rank, high natural search etc. The promise of loading your products within an hour is possible, we know we can do that, but the point is that there is much more to running a professional WebShop that loading a CSV file into your Shopping Cart application.

Maximise your business from the Internet and pay for another fantastic holiday !

Regards

Robert.
