We can provide some of the lowest charges available in the UK with our EcomMerchant payment gateway service with no compromise on service or security.
EcomMerchant offers payment processing from as little as £10 per month with no setup fee! It can be used to take payments via your website (integrating with most leading shopping carts) and it can also be used as a Virtual Terminal for taking payments over the phone if required. EcomMerchant is a PCI Level 1 accredited payment solution from Total Web Solutions - a Stockport based company trading since 1995. All our staff are UK based and operate as dedicate sales and support teams (not call centre).
There is no set up fee for EcomMerchant* and base charges are listed below. We ask for a minimum 12 month contract with the monthly charge taken via DirectDebit:
Up to 300 transactions/month = £10.00 per month
Anything above 300 transactions/month = £0.10 per transaction
Anti-fraud is included in the price as is the full/partial refund mechanism and we do not charge for declined transactions unlike other providers. We also provide full End of Day/Month reporting and statistics via a merchant tool - this is included in the package price. EcomMerchant works in conjunction with an Internet Merchant Account (IMA) provided by Barclays, HSBC or Natwest/RBS (Streamline). If the client does not currently have an IMA with any of these banks Total Web Solutions will be able to submit an application on their behalf if they complete our online form. Alternatively, we can accept an application over the phone and contact the bank. Please note, there is no obligation to sign-up after applying as it is up to the client whether to confirm the Internet Merchant Account with the bank once quoted. As we have direct contacts within the merchant services department of each of these banks it means we can speed up the application process for the merchant and sometimes get them reduced rates. They will need to have a business bank account in place before applying but this does not have to be with any of the above banks. If they already have a merchant ID with any of these banks we can discuss switching payment provider with the bank.
