I work as an Employment Tribunal advocate and Senior HR Consultant for www.EmploymentTribunalRepresentation.co.uk which is a trading name of Modavis Consultancy Ltd.
Prior to joining the company, I graduated with first class honours in law, completed my legal practice course at BPP Law School and then went onto to undergo specialist advocacy training during the course of my assessments for the Solicitors Regulation Authority Higher Rights of Audience Stages 1 and 2 Advocacy qualifications.
I qualified as a Solicitor (former)and am a specialist advocate and deal with the full range of employment law matters launching and defending claims on behalf of my employee and employer clients. I also manage redundancy procedures.
I am available to represent employees, companies and businesses both large and small in relation to arranging settlements, preparing cases, completing Claim Form ET1 and Claim Response form (ET3), settling proceedings, and advocacy for the full range of Employment Law matters.
I am available for instruction from employers, solicitors, employment law consultants and HR departments and can take referrals from Employment Barristers.
