The company, Transformation Partners, specialies in business psychology, change strategies, leadership and learning mechanisms and tools.
The principals involved in Transformation Partners are Philippa Hain and her husband David. Philippa studied for her MSc at Cardiff University and subsequently joined a leading organisation development boutique, Development Associates. Development Associates became part of the Big 4 professional services firm, Deloitte. After 10 years at Deloitte, during which she became a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Philippa left to form her own business in 2001 following the birth of her two children. Her husband David continued to work at Deloitte, providing organisational development services to a wide range of blue chip clients. In 2006 he joined Transformation Partners, and Philippa and David are working with colleagues deliver projects that benefit from big firm experience but need a personal touch.
Philippa and David combine their own talents with those of a number of colleagues such as Norman Leet, Stewart Beamont, Mal Jenkins, John Boddy, Sheila Brennan and Phil Isle. In each case these people worked at or with Development Associates before leaving to set up their own businesses. All members of the group share a passion for developing people and organisations and are delighted to be able to work and learn together as colleagues when business opportunities allow. They each in their own right have access to a wider network of professionals whose experience they draw on as appropriate.
