This seems like a great idea and the price doesn't seem unreasonable.

My question would be around the distribution to the pubs and so on - how does this work; is it through existing contacts that you have around the country and do they guarantee to put out the beermats?

I agree largely with what Thomas has written above - if I were advertising in this method I think the delivery service to local pubs etc. would be one of the most attractive elements of your offer as it saves the hassle of taking the time and effort to do it in person. Therefore I think if you fleshed out how that bit works a little more it may make it even more attractive and get more people to take it up as I imagine many people will have that question re the delivery aspect and how that works.

I imagine there are others that offer this service, but I don't know of any; you should have a good chance of getting business through this idea, well done!
