Advice needed on hosted CRM solutions...

I work with SME’s and have just had a call from a client who is looking for a CRM solution. They're looking for one asap, so becuase of this need for fast deployment combined with financial factors, we’re thinking a hosted/online CRM solution would work best (plus they don't really have a strong internal IT support so it's best if this is all handled for them).

We looked quickly at Microsoft Dynamics CRM and this seems to offer everything they require and works with Outlook which is ideal - the people who will be using it are a bit old school, so having a solution that fits in with what they already use would be perfect.

Does anyone have any experience in hosted Microsoft CRM solutions? We looked at Salesforce.com but I’m not sure that this is as suitable - although has anyone got experience of this package?

I’ve found a company who is offering hosted Dynamics CRM for £45 a month, which does seem pretty reasonable and is within my client's budget.

So can anyone tell me if this deal is in fact a good offer, and does anyone have experience of hosted CRMs providers/solutions? Has anyone used both a hosted SalesForce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM and have they got any good comparions notes?

I found these guys www.guruonline.tv/it ) really useful when we were looking into CRM, they've got loads of videos all about it. Unfortunately, we decided not to do it in the end, so I cant give you any first hand advice...
