Bulk email campaign...

Is there any way to do a 100k email campaign to a targeted niche market (found through CL and Gumtree) without getting banned? I merely want to send peeps to a free website which will actually benefit them by generating free traffic back to their own sites. Surely this is low calorie spam?

I think it might be difficult, as the commercial email campaign operators would not do this on your behalf either, as you probably did not collect these all yourself through opt-in on your website. If you do find a way to do this though, please post!

If you have the email addresses through a legitimate source and you can vouch for the fact that people want to receive your messages then you could use some emailing software to send to that number, so it is physically possible.

However if you do it and those addresses are not people who have subscribed to your mailings then you could be in a lot of trouble: if people complain about the spam to the threshold where the IP of the sending machine gets added to blacklists then you could feasibly get sued by the companies who machine you use to send out those messages for making part of their IP range redundant, particularly if you have agreed to Ts & Cs that you have got the addresses legitimately should that not be the case.
