Thanks for the message. We get lots of requests to participate in surveys around these parts. The thing is the posters hardly ever come back and tell us about the results, or indeed contribute anything positive to the forums other than ask for help.

I think you should give something back to us by posting for instance something interesting about business accounts, tips on running a good account and so forth, and then you're much more likely to get us spending a few minutes of our time filling in another survey.
