Has anyone joined the FSB?

If so was it worth it... what are the benefits?

I have heard it is worth it if you wish to use the legal services and if you need a free banking account.

It's also worth it for the more risk averse; for instance if you want the security of knowing there is help at hand if something goes wrong.

However if you don't mind a little extra risk then it can seem a bit less attractive; the major perceived benefits are those listed by Tony above.

I would agree with the above, I think the major benefits are around the legal side and the knowledge there is a support network in place.

There are also local meetings and a bit of networking available but as far as I'm aware that is a pretty minor consideration compared to some established networking outfits out there.

A poll of three business friends: 2 said 'waste of money' one said 'worth it' - the latter had needed their legal advice line, the other two hadn't
