Hi..

Im pretty new to the forum so be good .

I have seen a few articles on outlook for businesses in 2011. I am interested to know how many contributors have heard of Business continuity and actually use it across their business.

A nice definition of Business Continuity I like is "Business continuity is responding to a business interruption in such a way as to achieve the lowest level of inconvenience possible for your customers"

Let me know your thought and "Were too small" etc wont cut it
