All companies also have to display their name outside their premises... I wonder how many people who run their company from home actually do this, though?! | |

I have never heard of someone being fined or otherwise punished for falling to display the name of the company outside their place of business. | |

Business licenses and certificates should also be displayed conspicuously within the business premises.
