Do the Data Protection requirements for a small limited company vary from those required of a sole trader? And is there any site I can get a quick overview / explanation of these from?

Thanks again

Carl

The legislation follows the treatment of the information so the same rules apply for all types of business. The best place to start is the Data Protection registrar at http://www.ico.gov.uk. They have some very clear guides on there. Anything not clear just raise it on here.
