Eliminate credit card/loan debts legally...

Hi,
Just to introduce my company. We are in the business of eliminating credit card/loan debts.
75% of credit agreements do not comply with the Consumer credit Act 1974 and, becasue of this are totally unenforceable. This means that the balance of the card/loan can then be eliminated/discharged/wiped out without having to repay another penny.

The credit card/loan can be with anyone. We have sucessfully cleared balances on MBNA, RBS,Halifax, Citicards, Nat West,Virgin to name just a few.

I know that there will be a lot of scepitical people thinking 'it can't be done' but if anyone would like to e mail me, I will send them letters from the RBS showing they have cleared a debt of £14,500 - yes £14,500 from one of our clients' credit cards.
If you have any credit cards/loans you would rather eliminate than pay them, let me know.
Of course if you would rather pay them, then I understand. ( I think )

Thank you for reading this.
