I thought it might be useful if we come up with a list of our favourite, or at least the most useful, social networking sites - however loosely you want to define that - which have potential for business advantages.

I'll go first and start with the obvious one -

www.facebook.com

Starting a group there is, I'm told, the best way to drive some interest and discussion / articles and news and views around your business.

LinkedIn is a great place to generate interest about your business and to find other interesting businesses to network with. They have lots of good discussion groups also, concentrating on various markets and niche interests. Well worth a look! __________________ EuropeanTenders, a leading tenders alert service.

Have heard about BTTradeSpaces - I have no personal experience so no idea if it is any good or not
