Twitter does seem the best from a sales and/or traffic generating point of view, but I find sometimes that more industry specific networking sties such as BNI UK are better. Although they have smaller amounts of traffic they are much more focused. There are some great videos on www.guruonline.tv/it about social media that we reviewed before doing any of this that I would recommend

Please ignore references to Vijay SI across these pages - this guy spammed us with 150 posts for some Indian website in a matter of minutes and we're currently deleting them all...
