I travelled 30 miles on christmas eve to setup pc spent about 2 hours there and altogether i charged £500. I have since been back to change her printer as it had a fault and fine i covered everything under my 12 months gurantee as well as the company gurantee of 12 months
The Pc as been running fine as i am microsoft engineer i try my best to be fair for all my customers The Pc caught alot of malware and i said i will pick it up and sort it out for her but she took it into a pc store and they said she had been ripped off with the pc and that the unit is a recon
unknown to me i thought i was getting a good deal as everything i brought her cost £416.00 the rest was labour i have offered to replace the pc with a new one or give her £100 back of her money but she wont accept she insist i have rip her off. The thing is she uses it to e-mail me should i offer her money back

Sounds like an awkward situation

There are a couple of lawyers on this site so perhaps it would be worth dropping one of them a line for professional advice?

Just to second Lianne - anyone would be a little naive to even offer advice on this if they weren't a professional as it could do more harm than good with the best will in the world - best to air the grievance in private with a qualified legal person. Good luck!
