Hotel Mortgage?...By: Ifaeditor [12-April-11 9:50AM]1 posts |

I've seen recently a hotel in one of the really nice seaside towns in the South West. It's for sale at a pretty good price and I think I can make a go of it. I'm really keen to get going so I'm wondering how long it's likely to take to sort the finance out so I can go ahead with the purchase?

Are you buying it as an individual or through some other legal entity such as a company?

Business mortgages are usually between 2.5% and 5% above the base rate.
