How often do you clean your mailings lists?...

Hi, we came across some research recently that said more businesses were using suppression files to check and clean their mailing lists (Telephone Preference Service, Mailing Preference Service, Gone Away and Bereavement file etc.)

We wanted to research this a bit more and ask smaller businesses like you guy if you ever use suppression files to clean your mailing lists, and if so which ones?

Would be really interesting to hear from anyone.
