I work in a company dealing in EBAY in China, we mainly sell Japan&Korea garments, all our products export to overseas, but I find it hard and painstaking to do this job, anyway it is challeging, so I think I will keep
up. But I am always think about how we can do this better?

Perhaps you could employ someone else do to the hard graft of adding listings for you.

Also create templates so when you add new listings it is a quick case of copying and pasting?

Do a review of which elements you find hardest, then ask honestly is it because these are your weak areas, or because they are particularly time consuming... or some other reason besides.

Then work out how you can best avoid these areas, or if you have no option but to cover them off if there is someone else who could help with them.

Good luck!

Try and automate as much as you can.

There are scripts out there you can use to manage automatically uploading repetitive information and so on - a little effort up front can save you hours each day adding listing when the bulk can be managed by clever program robot tools for you.

I think Tim's advice is best - let the computer take the strain and try and automate as much of your processes as possible.
