Ideas sharing...

I am a banker and now work as a strategist. Now my assignment is to solicit or attract depositors. There are mushrooming numbers of banks and one trying to pull down another in perpetual fight. All are trying to tap the same niche. Of course we need strategies to attract new customers and prop up relationships with existing ones.

Do guys here have ideas to schemes that can help induce customers. It really poses great problems. Tell me how can we strategize our quest for customers?
