This is probably a worryingly basic question BUT can someone point me in the direction of an overview of the legal questions I have to consider when starting up my new business?

Thanks

Sarah

Also remember that it is a good idea to get an accountant in place as soon as you start your company as well, or even before

And have you taken advice on HR and H&S issues? This ever changing area of business is often overlooked, but if you get it wrong, can be very expensive to put right. Email me if you would like a free face to face mmeting to give you advice in these important areas - Alan

You can also book with us for a free telephone advice session in our Wednesday clinic. Just email me at JD@limeone.co.uk and ask for a time slot and you can have a free chat about your business and the relevant legal issues that apply to your business and you personally.
