Life coaching helps you connect with what truly matters to you and enables you to make powerful lifestyle choices to start moving towards your dreams. Life coaching is focused on what you want, I work with you to bring this to life and help you construct actions to help you get there.
I have been a coach for many years (both within organisations and with individuals) and have recently embarked on a journey to become fully certified co-active coach. I am now looking to move into coaching as a career and set up a coaching practice. My areas of specialism include:

I am offering FREE half hour sample sessions, the purpose of this is for you to experience coaching and for us to experience each other. There is no obligation. If you like what you hear and would like to enter into a coaching relationship it is entirely your decision and there will be no pressure to do so - I am currently offering a reduce rate whilst I become a certified coach.
There are many life coaches out there and coaching is an unregulated profession however I am working towards full certification and this includes working within a professional code of conduct.
