Looking for bankers...

I know this forum can be an interactivity domain and we can discuss multifarious subjects. I am a banker and indeed I want bankers to interact with one another to share ideas and experiences. I believe such ideas can add value to one another immensely and only if we come to a common platform.

I have so many questions and some of the people could have already arrived at solutions and sharing can help all under different and diverse industrial environments.Let us share generously.

The main problems I want to address center around two main domains: One is attracting potential depositors, the other to choose potential borrowers from many non-potentials.
