Looking for self employed agents...

Hello, if you have drive enthusiasm, and spare time. If you have the will and determination to build your own business with no outlay required I have the opportunity for you. Everybody knows someone with a loan or credit card, maybe you have one yourself. Did you know you may be able to get the card company to agree that it is unenforceable. There is a business out there getting people to realise this themselves and sending them to me. If you feel that this is something that you can do, post back or contact me on enquiries@helpwithdebtuk.com or call 01162171406

It is important that people take the responsibility for their debt however and realise that the illusion of credit foisted on us in the last few years is just that... illusion.

If people owe money fair and square they they should have to pay it back.

Good point Tim. The problem seems to be that many people genuinely do not realise that they are getting in debt or that they will have to pay it back.

This might seem incredibly silly, but I have some friends who had exactly this opinion/attitude towards all the credit and money that was being thrown at them in the past. It takes all sorts, and some get into trouble without really realising what they were doing. Not an excuse for them then expecting not to have to pay it off, but it is eye opening how different people's attitudes and experience with money are.

Thanks for your responses both. As an insolvency solicitor for 20 years I've worked through the last recession. I saw first hand how deep it cut and how many lives it ruined. It took many years for the effects to run through. Times have moved on and the last 10 years have seen an explosion in the amount of credit offered and taken. It was effectively credit which funded the explosion of sales in teh High Street and kept UK plc afloat. When it came time for the country to pay back the debt, they couldn't (can't). It was recycling credit in recent years that masked teh problem, as soon as credit dried up and people were actually expected to repay, that the situation hit home.
What I offer is a chance to get back on an even keel. If the credit lenders in their rush to foist credit on people, did not do so in a way that legally entitles them to get taht money back in court if they were to sue for it, then that is their tough luck.
You may take the moral view and say that the money was borrowed and so it should be repaid, but if you had a choice between paying the mortgage and keeping a roof over your family's head, or paying the credit card. I suggest you woudl pay the mortgage every time. If I was then able to tell you that you had an unenforceable credit card why would you not take the opportunity to get it written off.

If you are planning to put up a business make sure that you will not have to much credit to it, so that you can pay it directly.
