Looking for a small business website...

Hi everyone,

Looking for a quote for a simple website I can use to advertise my new T-shirt printing business. Looks like there are a few web designers on here now, so here goes:

- relatively small site
- ability for people to enter the text they want on the shirt and font, size, colour etc
- email me details of the order and phone number so I can call to confirm order
- how much extra it would cost to take payments online
