There will be some fairly clear FAQ about this sort of thing on one of the government sites, the trouble as ever is finding the thing!!! | |

Good point Thomas - the government websites are almost impossible to navigate; they have you going around in circles most of the time trying to find the link to what you want!

I think they seriously need someone to help them sort out their navigation - doing tax returns or trying to find the right form for something online usually involves you going in circles three times until you find the form you want linked to under a different name! | |
