Setting up of a business involves a lot of essential cost. Mainly the electricity expense becomes a matter of concern for the business owners. I want to use effective methods for saving business electricity. Please help in this regard.

I need some help or guidance about the cost of electricity mainly for my business? Anyone got any ideas?

Switch all of your appliances off overnight - e.g. broadband etc - and contact all suppliers to see if there are any special discounts available for businesses...

Hi there,

I understand that finding cheap business electricity at the moment is a difficult feat especially going into winter, it is important you have a reliable supplier, at the best price over the colder months.

In case you haven't heard of us, E4B are the UK's leading independent electricity supplier for all types of SMEs. Our business is centralised around putting smaller businesses first because the big suppliers often leave them behind. We streamline the way our business is run so that we can offer you the best price.

Whichever supplier you choose, a good piece of advice is to be vigilant around renewal time. This is when the 'new customer only' tariff is not applicable aymore and if you don't keep an eye on your post, you could be rolled over into a long term contract without an expiry date, at a more expensive price - as much as 20%.

On our website, we've got a 'Guide to the small print' which will help inform you of what to be aware of when dealing with the larger suppliers. Please visit www.electricity4business.co.uk and the guide should be at the bottom of our homepage. Also, there's a lot of information on the website, you can even get an online quote or ask one of our helpful operatives to give you a call back.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch and good luck!
