I’m a 3rd year student currently writing my dissertation ‘Monitoring User Behaviour: tools and techniques’. I’m trying to collect some statistics on the views of small to medium businesses regarding the monitoring of employees. I’ve created a blog and attached a survey. She would be better off learning how a person running a business should be monitoring their own behaviour towards their staff. Control freakery is not a recipe for a happy ship. | |
