I’m a 3rd year student currently writing my dissertation ‘Monitoring User Behaviour: tools and techniques’. I’m trying to collect some statistics on the views of small to medium businesses regarding the monitoring of employees. I’ve created a blog and attached a survey. The blog will be updated as research and statistics are collected. Good luck with it - had any interesting feedback so far? I imagine getting people to fill in such surveys is tricky!
