Hi all,

I’m Amazon seller and I am selling products on Amazon since six months. I face some problems in sending emails, printing shipping labels, and tracking orders. I’m unable to manage all these activities. Please let me know if you have any idea or advice.

Thanks in advance!

Set up Word templates and then you just repeat it each time, doing them the first time is the hardest.

Keep records and always make sure they are up to date.

In time these things become automatic and easy, the first few times they are hard, but if you have the sales that should encourage you to do the rest... good luck

There are probably pieces of software you can buy to manage all this, but if not then simple organisation using a package like excel is the key.

Or get a simple customised online database built that will let you enter exactly what you need, will show you what you need to see, and help automate as much of the recording and logging process as possible.

Tim's idea is best - get a custom online database built that will allow you to enter and track and find all that you need with ease - it can be done very cheaply indeed.
