For The SEO point of view I need Google indexed backlinks for my business sites like www.jazdchemicals.com and mnay other sites. Can anyone suggest me the right way how to get good Google indexed Backlinks?

I agree, but that is an unpopular opinion. I have noticed that - online - in the years since I've first used the internet (2000 or so) people have expected more and more to be free.

Blogging/article writing remains the best option so far!
Link exchange/directory submitting is also good.
And if you buy links try to buy only quality with thematic relevance to your site, otherwise it's not that effective.

As a person with a few year experience in the field of link building I would say

Link exchange is OK, verging on poor

Directories, a definite poor method

Blogging, good

Article writing, if certain rules are followed, also good

Buy links, on theme or not, tread carefully
