I've just had a quick look at your site (by no means an expert so this is just a laymans opinion)
I don't know why exactly, but the layout and format of the site struck me as a little bit 'basic' and unpolished - as I say hard to put my finger on exactly what it is, but nevertheless that was my general impression.
Also most of the sub-pages and areas in the country I tried clicking through to had news stories that were all several months old - it looks like you need to get lots more content in regularly to make the site really useful for the visitors and keep them coming back, if you can do that then it'll be great 
Hope this helps - also saw you mentioned in another post facebook business groups, are there any in particular you recommend or is it just a case of searching for 'business group' on facebook?
