Nowadays many companies provide a trouble ticketing system to ensure good customer support. I use the free version of Osticket at http://www.drachsi.com/osticket/support-ticket.htm which provides many options. | |

Hmm, only just noticed this one - try looking at instant messaging solutions... there are some excellent open source packages (make sure you have a good software developer) that can be integrated directly into your website. | |

You need to find a very dependable web hosting company. The online presence and the accessibility of a website is an added advantage. Or else, if you do not have a web host whom you can depend upon, will only make your job tougher and would not let you to completely concentrate on your online business. | |
