Online Welsh Sports Store...

Hi,

If possible I am just looking for some feedback on a new venture that I am starting, basically what I doing is starting on online welsh sports store which will sell a range of welsh sports wear alongside retro/vintage items running alongside this will be a magazine that has many features etc of welsh sports.

Do you have a website currently or is this a venture that is still at the planning stage?

It sounds like a good idea, you will need to give some thought to what will make you difference from the competition just because I imagine there are many established retailers currently doing this online so you will need something that sets you apart from the rest (or just lower prices and good publicity)

Good idea to put in the retro/vintage items what about competitions and if you link with the tourist office with your magazine could be interesting. who are your biggest comepetitors? what can you offer which is different to them?
