We are launching a new job board on the 1st of April, we aim to make the site responsive to user needs. We will therefore be continually developing the site. What features would you like to see?

How are you doing so far?

I wish you all the best so don't want to be doom and gloom but I would have thought with so many massive companies in the jobs site sector such as Monster and Jobsite and TotalJobs it would be very hard to launch a new site... the key question must be where the job listings are going to come from as sites aren't going to spend time posting their jobs on a site that only has a few jobs on it.

Lianne is correct about the market being competitive, but I have a idea that would help you advertise your job ads to a wider audience, and it wouldn't cost you a penny.
