I know there are some pros and cons here but the bottom line is if you have more than you can do but do not want to hire additional employees it can work out very well for a small or large business to outsource some of their labor tasks. Telecomminication outsourcing can be especially helpful for both outgoing and incoming calls. Here is an excellent article on the subject for anyone interested.

There are huge benefits to outsourcing, not least the cost savings through not having to hire and train staff, but also the easy access to experts who can deal with all those jobs you don't have time or the knowledge to deal with. On the other side you won't have direct control over the staff and you need to ensure the outsourcing company has the right confidentiality procedures in place.
