Political parties and marketing...

With the election now in full swing, it is interesting to see how the different political parties market themselves.

New Labour seem to be expert at positioning themselves and marketing themselves whilst the Conservatives seem a bit naive about it.

However all the major parties seem to be disliked.

I will find it most interesting to see if the massive free marketing that the Lib Dems will get this time, from the election debates, will have any impact on how they do at the polls.

Anyone else interested in the election or is no-one going to be voting?

So far it looks like I'm right in my thinking and they derived a massive benefit from the election debates

For those who are unsure of how to vote there is an interesting website called How to Vote at www.howtovote.co.uk

It asks a series of policy related questions then tells you which party is most aligned with your vews.
