Is it normal for a Shareholders Agreement to have a clause that allows 1 director to be given notice by the others? (Such a dismissal subject to UK Employment law). The ostensible purpose of the clause would be to avoid having a director who wasn't pulling their weight but would, of course, be open to abuse.
