We are a members website and we are all about swapping. We thought it best to join because we have an IT Repair/Trainer guy in London who is lokking for Gardening Services.

Swapping odd jobs sounds like a good idea.

The big problem I could see with that is, sadly, it being very hard to trust people these days unless you know them.

I agree with you Stephen... swapping skills is an excellent idea, the only thing is that you have to be careful about who you swap skills with so that you both get a decent job done (ie the other person really has the skills they say they have) and secondly that if they are going to be doing something in and around the home, that you know just who they are!
