Hi, not sure if i am posting in the right place.....

Just about to start my own business-i am subletting a restaurant from a bar, currently there is one till that all sales are rung through. It would be very inconvenience to make people especially by card have to pay separately at each till. is it possible for the bill to be rung through one till and then the food side of the business passed to me by say for instead an invoice???

Any suggestions welcome

thanks

Interesting question - I don't know the answer to this but it certainly sounds sensible.

Can you talk to another restaurant owner and ask what they do? If it's not a direct competitor serving the same food and very close by then I'm sure they may well be willing to help you out.
