Tribunal Nightmare...

We are a struggling small business of 9 people and we have just lost an unfairdissmissal case (we unfairly dissmissed)
a) I believe we can only appeal the award given out (10K) on a point of law..no chance of that
b) We cant afford to pay out the award ...what help is there for us?

Short of going into administration it sounds like a difficult situation if you cannot pay the money.

What reason was the dismissal for that it amounted to unfair dismissal?
