Droppshipping means they ship the product with your company name on it.

The idea is you display it on your website without ever buying the item, then you sell it and purchase it from the dropshipper.

Some if the problems with this are the middlemans profit. All your competetors using the same images and limited information, therefore the same keywords. Then the big problem is after you have sold it you are relying on a third party to have the product in stock and get it there in a timely manner. Of course if they are reliable and reasonable it can work.
