Which Way Is Up?

Hi Guys, Just need a little 'opinion direction'. We are a niche letting agent in east Yorkshire and have been approached by a number of clients that are on short term contracts and like the idea of our serviced shared letting service. These guys have moved into Hull and have found employment through recruitment companies. So I my partner came up with the idea that we should directly contact agency's and offer them the possibility to earn a referral fee for passing our details to their contacts. We have produced a nice folder(or email sheet) and I have got the list of companies (43 in number) all ready to go. Here is the dilemma how should I do the next step..... 1. I physically call in on all the companies with the folder. But unsure as to whether it reaches further than the front desk. 2. I email it and then follow up with a call. This way at least I have the 'I am following up tool' to use. 3. I mail out in the post and then follow it up. 4. I mail it and email it and then follow it up with a personal call which they are probably more subconsciously going to latch onto to..or be proper miffed by then. I would appreciate any comments on this and welcome and other ideas or feedback. Thanks Andy
