Improving money management...

One area I am particularly interested in is money and the attitudes of small business owners to their money.

Do you find it easy or difficult to manage your moneys and cash flow and what do you find the greatest challenges and difficulties - both internally and externally - to keeping on top of all things financial?

Thanks!

I think it's all about good organisational skills and keeping on top of money and the admin. The longer you leave it to pile up the harder and more unmanageable it gets. Always be prepared, as they say!
