If you're looking to create a PDF you could always design it in something very familiar such a Microsoft Word, then simply convert to a PDF using one of the many free tools that are out there. | |

I have done similar to the above in the past as I far from technical, simply created it in Word which I do understand and then clicked 'print as PDF' from the printing options to turn it into a PDF. | |

People can use Acrobat Reader to read PDFs for free they don't need the full software | |

If you want music etc and animation then you need to use Flash, PDFs are for static content display with images.
