Need a board resolution template...

Hi, I need to write a board resolution, for a new bank account, and whom will be signatories...is there any templates? Anyone know what needs to go in one?

As most normal business gets decieded down the pub!!!!

I would suggest doing what I do when I need something and search google for it - more often than not this will turn up what you want after a couple of tweaks and changes to the search
