Company Stationery and Legal Requirements...

Hi all

Quite a minor one, but just a reminder that you have to put your registered address and - I believe - your company registration number on your business stationery.

All companies also have to display their name outside their premises... I wonder how many people who run their company from home actually do this, though?!

Not that many probably Tim - I suppose technically you could get fined for this?

I guess so Jim, not sure if anyone actually has been though? I'm sure the majority of work from home businesses don't display this anyway...
