Two Arrested Over Calow Cash Van Robbery

Two men have been arrested after a security guard was robbed in a Derbyshire village.
The victim, whose van was parked near the post office in Top Road, Calow, on Wednesday morning, was approached by a man who grabbed his cash box.
The robber and a second man escaped in a Peugeot 306, which was abandoned several miles away in Tom Lane.
Police arrived at the scene and arrested a 19-year-old Chesterfield man and a 29-year-old man from Bradford.
No-one was hurt during the robbery and both men were taken for questioning by Derbyshire Police.
Anyone with information about the incident, which happened at about 1000 BST, should contact the force.
